Nothing we do reaches your customer
Whatever your plan, and whether or not you are paying, every card resolves and every response is collected. Limits apply where you work — in the dashboard, when you create a campaign. We do not take billing out on someone who has just opened a box and done exactly what the card asked.
Your codes don’t die if you stop paying
Cancel and the cards you have already printed keep resolving. You lose data collection and dashboard access — you do not lose the inventory sitting in a warehouse. Sellers are being asked to commit thousands of printed cards to this. Nobody should do that for a company that can brick them.
If you only sell on Shopify, don’t buy this
